1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ink Gallery ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ink Gallery provides AI-generated tattoo design images and a licensing system that allows users to purchase a one-time license for personal tattoo use.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs generated through the Service are owned by Ink Gallery until a valid license is purchased. Upon licensing, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use the design as a tattoo.

5. License Terms

Each purchased license grants you the right to use the design for one personal tattoo. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercialize the design without explicit written permission.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to reject any prompt.

7. Payment & Refunds

All purchases are processed securely. Due to the digital nature of our products, licenses are generally non-refundable once delivered unless required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ink Gallery is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or the application of any tattoo design.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
